Placing Orders:
Orders can be placed on this website, by phone, email and fax.
Production Lead Time:
Lead time for SwopperŽ orders is 4 working days.
Terms:
Corporate billing is available subject to OAC.
We can process any credit card, check, PayPal and wire transfer.
Freight:
SwoppersŽ are shipped via most efficient shipping method pending order volume.
We can ship worldwide.
Returns:
No Returns without Return Merchandise Authorization #. Any such returns must be in new
and resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Freight must
be insured and all freight charges prepaid. Merchandise returns for credit are subject to forty (40) % restocking fee to cover resale as used expense. Special
orders are not returnable for credit or exchange.
Claims:
Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. We must be notified of all claims for loss, damaged (including concealed damage) or mislabeled merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt.
